Party at The Hall, Exeter, raises almost £2000
On Tuesday 4 June, we launched our Festival programme for October 2024. The event, sponsored by Tozers and Savills took place at The Hall in Exeter and was attended by over 80 people.
Andrew Welch, Chair of Trustees, welcomed everyone and then Tamsin Waley-Cohen, the Festival's Artistic Director, spoke about the theme of year’s Festival and about some of the musicians who will be joining us in October. Tamsin then treated everyone to Bach's Prelude from the Partita in E major, Fantasia in A minor by Matteis and Kreisler's Recitativo and Scherzo Caprice.
Delicious drinks and canapes were supplied by Isy at The Hall.
Thank you to those of you who joined us – we raised just under £2,000 which will go towards this year’s Festival.
